What services does Invitation Bee provide?

Invitation Bee designs, prints and assembles invitations unique to the style and theme of your event. We also offer other items to make your special day complete (save the dates, programs, fans, name cards, menus, kraft paper bags, table numbers, etc.). Our custom invitations and designs are for any occasion needing a unique, personal touch.

Are the invitations on your website the only ones you offer?

Not at all! The items on our website were created specifically for clients. While you can choose from these designs, you are not limited to them alone. No matter what your design style - modern, vintage, traditional, artistic - we'll design something one-of-a-kind that you'll love!

What's the design process like?

Clients will often email or text us invitations they like. Based on these and information provided about personal style, several design samples are created. We can then send these to you (in PDF and JPEG) by text or email. Based on your feedback, the design will be tweaked and edited to suit your taste, style and needs. We will customize and include everything you want - from color, design, font, text, wording and more. During this process, we charge no fees for edits. Your order will go to print when you are 100% satisfied with the design and materials.

How long will it take to make my invitations?

Completion time varies based on the quantity needed as well as the number of panels and embellishments in the design. Our turn-around for a one panel invitation typically takes 2-3 days. Two or more standard panels take about 3-5 days. Once you decide on the materials and add-ons for your invitations, we can give you a more specific time-frame.

How much do your custom invitations cost?

Once we know the details of what you are wanting (panels, pockets, monograms, vellum, rsvp, detail cards, etc.), we can offer specific pricing options. With all invitation orders, a standard white or cream mailing envelope is included. Throughout the design process, we never charge set up or editing fees. After deciding on your invitation materials and presentation, a 50% deposit is required to move forward with your order.
